What is the function of this round thing on the right and this cube next to it?

I don't know. I've wonder before. The round switch on the right can be something for the conditioning !? And the cube next to it, I thing it's nothing - according to me in some buses there is some function, but in that not and it's filled with artificial button. Like the old cars...
