Large industrial buildings at the rear plan - the "Moskvich" car plant, which doesn't work since 2001. Now its territory is particularly bought by Renault, and the most of the factory is still abandoned.

There will be a megamall and the business-center. On the second territory of the factory, not so far away from here, the big hotel was planned, but now the crysis mixed all cards for the investors
