1 july 2013 - Vilnius, Žvėrynas (st. Žvėryno žiedas) These minibuses were usually used only in night service for trolleybus drivers but since 01/07/2013 this changed. Due to extreme shortage of low capacity buses, almost all minibuses started to work with regular passengers. When all Noge Sprinters were received, these were removed from streets but since then they still occasionally appear in service as reserve buses. And mostly those are Citroen Jumpers which have higher capacity - 16 seats instead of 14 in Boxers - and NO standing passengers allowed.
One of these burned down in depot recently (just a week or two ago) but I don`t know which one :(

They bought new buses and thought that almost all of them would be in service. After that they scrapped spare buses - and finally new buses are not so reliable as expected and nothing left to ride.
Actually nothing was scrapped. Our depot has very "good" policy - the more buses (new or used) we get, the more there are buses which can be left unrepaired. Result - constant shortage of buses, especially extreme shortage of articulated ones.

If I had more photos of good enough quality, 90% photos under tag awaria would be evenly distributed between our cities.
