14 september 2018 - Minsk, Belarus - Belkommunmash factory: One of two four-axle trams being built for an unknown customer - the only identification I could find was a label saying "#23 and #3". I expect one of you will know where these two trams will be going when they are completed? I didn`t see any more of this batch.

That`s a special order from Volgograd, with doors on both sides, but only one cabin. They will run in pairs (coupled from the rear side) on the rapid tramway line which lacks turnaround loops on one of its termini.
