9 september 2009 - Galati, Piata Energiei. Można śmiało nazwać ten plac głównym skrzyżowaniem tramwajowym w mieście. Przy tak bardzo okrojonej sieci właściwie tylko tutaj zwrotnice były w użyciu. Z północy na południe przejeżdża tędy silna linia 39, tor w prawo jest nieużywany z uwagi na remont ulicy, a tor w lewo prowadzi do zajezdni i kombinatu na wschodzie miasta.
