29 may 2020 - Nieuwegein, Peppelhoeve. On 29 May the SIG trams operated to Nieuwegein and IJsselstein for the last time, as the line will be rebuilt ready for low floor CAF trams. These special stickers were placed on the front of this tram to commemorate this. The SIG trams will be replaced this summer.

29 may 2020 - Nieuwegein, Poppelhoeve. This was the last day that these trams were operating the full length of the route. From 30 May until July 2020 they will only operate between Utrecht Centraal and Westraven P+R, while the rest of the line is converted for low floor trams. These trams will be replaced this summer with low floor CAF trams.

5 july 2010 - Nieuwegein (NL), A C Verhoegweg. Na kilku brygadach Spitstrama jeździł trzywagonowy pociąg, ale spotkać można było i solówke. Biorąc pod uwagę wakacyjną frekwencję na tej linii - była to jej optymalna obsada i to nawet uwzgledniając zachodnie standardy, w których zatłoczony pojazd KM = taki w którym nie możemy znaleźć wolnego miejsca do siedzenia przy oknie w wybranym przez siebie kierunku jazdy.

5 july 2010 - Nieuwegein (NL), Nieuwegein-Stadscentrum. Główna stacja w Nieuwegein, rozgałęziają się tu dwie odnogi sieci tramwajowej. Podstawę obsługującego ją taboru stanowi 27 szwajcarskich wagonów wyprodukowanych w latach 1982-83. Poza zakupem wiedeńskiego demobilu nie czyniono od momentu otwarcia linii żadnych inwestycji taborowych; wagony jedynie przeszły niewielką kuracją odmładzającą.

5 july 2010 - Nieuwegein (NL), 's-Gravenhouseweg, odc. Nieuwegein-Zuid - Wiersdijk. Sneltram czyli szybki tramwaj, kursujący po Utrechcie i okolicy, jest dosyć marnie reprezentowany na galerii. Przydałoby się więc kilka słów wstępu: w 1983 roku oddano do użytku pierwszy odcinek między centrum Utrechtu a położonym na południu aglomeracji miasteczkiem Nieuwegein, a konkretnie stacją N.-Zuid. Wybudowano też odgałęzienie z N.-Stadscentrum do N.-Doorslag. Odgałęzienie to dwukrotnie przedłużano: do stacji IJsselstein Achterveld (1985), a następnie do IJsselstein-Zuid (2000). Obecnie na sieci jeżdżą dwie linie: 60 i 61, które łączą dworzec Utrecht Centralny odpowiednio z Nieuwegein-Zuid i IJsselstein-Zuid. Są też szczytowe, pospieszne kursy 60-tki oznaczane jako 260.

5 july 2010 - Nieuwegein (NL), Stadscentrum. Utrecht pozazdroscil Krakowowi oraz Sarajewu i tez sprowadzil sobie wiedenskie wagony ;-) Oblsuguja one linie 260 zwana "Spitstramem", czyli doslownie "szczytowym tramwajem". Jest to pospieszna, szczytowa wersja 60-tki, omiajaca wiekszosc przystankow.
